Consultations

The first initial consultation can take between 1 to 1.5 hours. In the first consultation, in order to find the right remedy for you as an individual, I will need to know more about you. This is your time to speak about you, this is your time to be heard.  A detailed understanding of who you are, along with any complaints and details of how you experience them, however weird and wonderful, is needed to assess your case correctly. So anything you can tell me that is typical of who you are will help this process. Finding about your general energy levels, your past medical history and the way you live are also important. I always want my patients to feel relaxed and safe to talk and express themselves freely to me, without any feelings of judgement. Anything that is said will be treated in the strictest confidence. 

Follow up appointments are generally 4-6 weeks apart, depending on the case. These can last on average 30-45 mins. Follow ups are used to gauge your progress after your remedies and go over any new symptoms or details that may have been missed in the initial or previous consultations.  

Where necessary I may offer dietary, nutritional or lifestyle changes advice, especially if it seems that this is contributing to your illness. Support and guidance will be offered through this process. My aim is to bring all my patients back to a good level of mental, emotional and physical well being.
